Edwin Hoffman - Founder
1 (435) 531 1156Mr. Hoffman is a founder of SoCool and is President of the company and will lead the research and development of its products. He will lead the product engineering and design, and provide technical guidance to the Company’s out sourced manufacturers, licensees and other business partners. Mr. Hoffman will act as the Chief technical Officer of the company. Mr. Hoffman has over 25 years of experience in the electronic and computer engineering industries. He has held numerous technology positions from field engineer to Vice President, leading to Raptor Networks Technology, a publicly-held company, which he co-founded and held both Chief Technical and Chief Development officer positions.
James Wong - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Wong will take the role as CFO of SoCool to develop financing sources, strategic relationships, and the Company’s business plan, as well as the conventional duties of budgeting, treasury and financial control. Mr. Wong has 15 years of experience providing corporate finance, turnaround management and strategic consulting services, including founding Armory Consulting Co., a management consulting practice. He was the CFO of Fruehauf Trailer Corporation, a publicly-held company, and was also the general manager of its 400 employee subsidiary. He achieved record profits and the restructuring of its balance sheet under his guidance. He has also managed or advised companies in a variety of industries, including gaming, healthcare, not-for-profit, restaurant, retail and transportation, and was previously with KPMG, LLP’s Corporate Recovery practice.Donald Bush – VP Sales
Mr. Bush is responsible for strategic transactions and profitability. In this role, he drives and manages business relationships and significant development alliances on behalf of the company. Bush previously held the position of Co-Founder and CEO of IPTV Solution, LLC. Mr. Bush sold at a 300% profit in January of 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Bush spent 12 years In top sales management positions as VP of Sales for eWAN, Inc. where he lead the companies 1200% growth in his three years with the company. He has held positions as Sales Director at eSat, Inc., First World Communications/Verado, Comp USA, Inc., Ingram Micro and ALR/Advanced Logic Research. While in a sales management capacity, he shaped corporate direction and profitability.Any Questions?
